Who Should Join?
The program is built for advisors who are:
- New to the industry or have fewer than five years of experience as an advisor
- Aligned with an established firm that provides strong value story and support structure
- Focused and committed to personal and professional growth
- Excited to work hard to create success
- Managing less than $25M AUM ($250,000 annual revenue equivalent)
Program Setup
Each small-group cohort (12 members or less) meets regularly for ten weeks for group coaching and a learning lab to put new skills into practice. In between group coaching, you will work individually and in small groups on practical activities.
