Omaha, NE – May 29, 2019 – Driven Wealth Strategies, a $330M wealth management firm located in Wichita, Kansas, today announced the team’s decision to affiliate with Carson Partners. Managing Partners Karsten Bond, Brent Dome, and Chad Phipps lead a 12-person team and decided to affiliate with Carson to provide the growing organization with enhanced resources and services to better serve their clients.
After evaluating more than ten partnership options, the firm chose Carson because of its shared commitment to delivering a robust client experience and Carson’s ability to equip the firm with elevated service, technology, and an expanded menu of services.
As with other advisors who have affiliated with Carson Partners, Bond, Dome, and Phipps will maintain ownership of the firm and remain the strategic decision-makers for all business decisions and operations.
After going through a recent merger of their own, the team decided it needed to make change because of certain limitations in advisor support, integrated technology, and optionality in investment management.
“Carson’s offering had many of the solutions we were looking for in the day-to-day issues we face,” said Karsten Bond. “One of those unexpected benefits is our ability to tap into Carson’s coaching program so we can catapult into new levels of growth, through organic and inorganic channels.
“We share the same growth mindset and truly believe we can accomplish more because of the client-first mentality they bring to the table,” said Chad Phipps. “We have always held this as the most important core value in our practice, and we sought a partner who can allow us to serve our clients more effectively.”
“Transparency was another huge factor,” said Brent Dome. “When they showed us just how easily we could process business through the use of technology, we knew it would empower us to focus on the critical components of our clients’ financial plans and lesson the operational friction.”
The affiliation with Carson Partners not only allows Driven Wealth Strategies’ team more time to focus on serving clients but will also reduce time and energy spent on process and infrastructure.
“I applaud the Driven Wealth Strategies team for making such a leap to better serve their clients,” said Ron Carson, CEO and founder of Carson Group. “Our mutual desire is to elevate their clients’ experience, expand the team’s resources and support, and do it all with the goal of delivering exceptional value beyond a doubt.”
In addition to being a mainstay in the Barron’s annual list of top wealth management firms, Carson Group remains among the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing companies, has been recognized for two consecutive years by InvestmentNews as a top-50 firm for Best Places to Work for Financial Advisors, and was recently awarded a Best Places to Work in FinTech by American Banker.
