For years, our industry has been talking about the recruitment problem. There’s not enough future advisors to replace the wave of retiring advisors who are coming our way.

We’re proud to say that we’re actually doing something about the problem. The Partner Development Program selects financial planning graduates from all over the country (many from our FinServ Foundation partner schools) for a two-year apprenticeship.

During this time, the students get their Certified Financial Planner ® designation and work with real clients under the supervision of our Advanced Solutions and Financial Planning teams. Once they’ve completed the apprenticeship, they’re ready to hit the ground running as Next Gen advisors in Carson Partner firms.
